Do Webinars offer the same CE credits as in-person classes?

Absolutely!  CE you! How does it work? 

Once you have registered for your Webinar, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to your webinar (please check your spam/junk email folder.) What is the cancellation policy? 

CE You! Webinars are governed by the same policies of all CE You! training. You will be credited or refunded in the event you are unable to attend.  We ask that you notify us whenever possible by emailing  This email address is being protected from spambots. What are the technical requirements?  

CE YOU! employs Webex live Webinar platform, which is widely utilized by both PC (Windows) and Mac users. We feel our attendees will find Webex simple and easy to use. Requirements including detailed information on software and operating systems can be found by clicking  HERE 

Please note: Windows XP and Chromebooks are NOT supported by the Webex Webinar platform.

If you are a first time Webex attendee, it is strongly recommended that you connect to the webinar at least 1/2 hour before its starts to familiarize yourself with the system and download any required software / plugins.


If I need technical assistance, is there someone I can call? 

Yes! Attendees who have technical difficulty should call 1-866-229-3239. 

You may proceed to Option 1 for Technical Support, and then Option 1 again for Attendee Support. Again, it is recommended to do a test run prior to the start of your Webinar.


How are certificates of attendance provided?
